Null value for Hardware Resource metrics.

Hi,  I have configured Application on SAAS platform, the application agent is successfully installed  and sending business  transaction data. But  under Application Infrastructure Performance - > Tier -> Hardware Resource,  for all the metrics the value is null (no data to display message). Please help is any change to be done to capture the host metrics data.

Thanks for posting question to our community!

Firstly, You should install and configure a machine agent to get hardware resource metrics of your host as well.
Please check this document for installing, starting and configuring your machine agent.

Then you should confirm that you have a Server Visibility license and make sure the server visibility is enabled on your machine agent.

After you finishing steps above, you can get hardware resource metrics of your host via metric browser.
