Not capturing required details of crash

When mobile application leads to crash, it doesn't capture crash details like exception name, path and doesn't showup any events prior to crash and not showing any user data.

After following all the steps in documentation, it doesn't capture any events prior to Crash and details like exception name. PFA for reference.
