Monitoring and alerting Windows service status

Hi All,

I have configured non-IIS Windows services to be monitored under different tiers in my AppDynamics setup.

How do I setup alerting on them, so when a service is stopped or restarted, I get an alert?

Thank you in advance

Best,

Adi

@aditya.mittal

To monitor windows services status first install machine agent on that server.

after installation use windows  service extension to monitor your services
