Is it possible to set multiple schedules to a Health Rule

I have a customer that want to disable alerting Mon-Fri 5PM - 6AM and All day Sat-Sun.

I appears that I can only have one schedule per Health Rule.

Is it possible to have multiple schedules per Health Rule?

Thanks,

Hi @Scott.Lucier,

I spoke with a PMM on my team and this is what they shared with me.

In my opinion, the better way is to create an action suppression. You would need three: one for 5 PM to midnight M-F, one from 21:00 AM to 6 AM M-F, and a third for all day Sat-Sunday.

Action suppression is a feature that is meant for this purpose, and can be used globally for an application or environment, for all HRs, so you do not have to re-create each HR.

Hi @Scott.Lucier,

I wanted to share this AppD Documentation. Let me know if it helps out.

Hi Ryan,

I used the documentation to set the schedule, but that did not answer my question as you can only set one schedule per Health Rule.

How would you set multiple schedules to a Health Rule? Like the example I put in my original post.

Thanks,

S.
