How to retrieve the number of licenses by application

Initially, there was no license rule division by application or teams.

There are many applications in a Controller, but now it is very difficult to count how many licenses each application consumes, especially when there are .net applications.

So I want to know if AppD has a method to count the number of licenses by application?
