How to instrument asynchronous calls in AppDynamics when using CRM Dynamics 365

We use MSD CRM dynamics. MSD has lot of Asyn calls (hops) . We want to chain all these Async hops to be able instrument from end (starting) to end (end). Are there any specific modules that we could use?

  .Net Agent should capture most of async calls. Which patterns are supported OOTB and which need additional configurations are listed out here
