Health rule with regex for discovered Metrics

Hi,

We have a DynamoDB extension that has ReadThrottleEvent, but so far we don't have any WriteThrottleEvent or a ThrottleRequest. To avoid the question and headache we have metrics but they are not being monitored. Is there a way to set up health rules using regex for discovered metrics? Or any way to alarm when these metrics showed up?
