AppD Lite - SAAS controller vanished suddenly

I was using AppD free trial, and then it converted to Lite. I was able to use the SAAS controller. After a month, I log in back and the controller (elephant202012290737558) has vanished. I see the following and i am not able to create a new controller or subscription. How can i get back the controller or create a new one?

I've heard back from the team and it looks like your Lite Account was ended due to 90 days of no activity. You should have received an email informing you of this before it actually happened.
