Apache Monitoring Extension not working with tls1.3

Hi Community,

For some reason, the extension does not work anymore since I've upgraded to tlsv1.3.

Does anyone know if they're compatible or maybe some config adjustments are necessary to collect metrics?

Hi @Marc.Hofstetter,
