splunk admins can able to see the JSON format data in splunk from OpenShift, but Users couldn't able to see the same data and Fields in splunk??

Hi,

we have recently implemented splunk integration with OpenShift and successfully able to capture the OpenShift data into splunk. but the Users couldn't able to view the same data/fields (OpenShift JSON format) which splunk admins are currently seeing in splunk. can someone please let me know if any idea on this.
