Accessing via ELB and a proxy, new install AMZ Linux.

1. Login via the default url redirects to:
   en-US/account/login?return_to=%252Fen-US%252F

2. enter user/password brings me to url: /%2Fen-US%2F and the error:
   "The requested URL //en-US/ was not found on this server."

3. If I backspace over the "%2Fen-US%2F" part of the url to the default splunk url, hit enter, I get redirected to "en-US/app/launcher/home", see that I am logged in after all and everything works from this point on.
