installation error - splunk entreprise 6.3

Hello,

I want install splunk entreprise 6.3 on Windows 2008, i have always a rool back installation and tell me to try again ...
How can i proprely uninstall proprely for try again ?

You can uninstall the software by running msiexec against the installer package:

C:\> msiexec /x splunk-<version>-x64.msi

i have try that but don't work.

When i see the log i see the service can't be install.

For the community to help you, please provide more information: which version of Splunk Enterprise (just 6.3? 6.3.3 is the latest)? What are the error messages that happen during installation? What do you see in the logs? What happens when you try to uninstall?
