I recently created new trial instance for SPLUNK cloud, when i try login to the application it was not allowing me to login. getting login failed error.
I just requested a trial of splunk cloud. Unfortunately after signing in i never received the welcome email.
I am able to login to the customer portal, but i cannot login. Tried calling and it seems that splunk support does not have an option to reset the initial sc_admin password nor they do not have a way to re-trigger the welcome email. Has anyone experienced this issue, any workarounds?

Hopefully you both figured it out. For future reference, I noticed on another thread that the username was sc_admin. I tried that username with a temp link provided by the password reset button and I was able to log in.
