Splunk Education System Admin course: Is there a way to verify all labs were completed in this course?

I want to appear for Splunk Admin certification and pre-req for that are Splunk sys admin and data admin courses. Attended both courses and received completion certificate for Data Admin but not for sys admin class. Contacted education_Amer but said course was not passed. Is there a way to review the labs that were completed as I believe all labs were finished?

The trainers have their own Splunk 'Trainer Lab' dashboards that reports per user who finished the Lab and in what state..
Edit: Talk to the trainer who failed you and ask what lab you missed out on.
