Remove Login Screen and Logout Bottom for SSO

I want to integrate Splunk with SSO, and then I'd need to remove the Login page and the Logout bottom at the top right.

Is that something that can be done manually?

Once you implement SOS through proxy, the logout link disappears. Give it a shot.
