Okta SAML SSO

I am following the Okta config page and imported the IdP metadata easily. When trying to save the SAML config I get an error saying that SAML is already configured and the system can't create another config file. However, when I close this config window I see that SAML is still not selected as the authentication mechanism.
I looked and there is an authentication config file in the system/local folder with the settings it got from the metadata. Should I just bounce the server for the SAML config to take effect?

Thanks,
Sherman
