I really need splunk to update my name. I have raised ticket twice and both time I was told 'it's not their job and please visit splunk support page', which ends up in an infinite loop.
For context I recently changed my offical name, e.g. name on my passport. Without updating it in my splunk profiles I won't be able to take exams as ID's don't match.
