Hello Splunkers ,
I have setup the LDAP authentication method with splunk , It is successful but problem i am facing is my LDAP team add the user into splunk_user ADgroup which has been mapped to splunk as user role , But after the addition of user in ADgroup , I am not seeing that user in users list under access control menu of splunk .but when i will go to LDAP configuration and click map groups and check splunk_user ADgroup , users are getting listed there once i click save again , then users are showing up in users list under access control . Or reload the configuration again .......
So guys please help me i want that once LDap team added the user , It should show up directly in users list .
