Is there a default user name and password for the splunk app in my pc?

I downloaded and install splunk. when i tried running it, it opened on a browser asking for username and password. I cant remember, though, having entered those during the installation.

default user name : admin and password: changeme
If you forgot the password then delete passwd file and restart splunk and use default user name and password
