I can't find "roles" tab on splunk web in 8.0.7 version

Hi,

I am confused about the new "USERS AND AUTHENTICATION" section in settings tab. 

How can I add "roles" tab ? 

Actually, I have this :

But no more "Roles" link !

Can you help me please ?
