I need to add my company email address to my SplunK profile.
I want to update it with my professional email ID so that the new certifications I do through my company ID can be reflected in my own Profile along existing certifications.
Right now there is no provision to update email Id for existing account but you can contact Splunk Education Support (education_amer@splunk.com) for updating your education records with new account new email address. Support team will guide you on for further.

As @kamlesh_vaghela said there is no way to change you email on current account. You must create new/secondary account for your another email on splunk.com. Log in with it and then login also to education.splunk.com. After that send email to EDU support and ask that they merged those two account.
And same fits also to your community etc. accounts. 1st that new account in splunk.com, then login one time to desired site and next ask that support of this site will do that merge.
