How to remove the header from an app's user interface?

I would like to know the best way to remove the header from an app. I just want to disable/hide the 1st line "Splunk > App: TestApp Guest Messages Settings Activity Help" in an app.

if youre using advanced xml then don't include these lines:

  <module name="AccountBar" layoutPanel="appHeader"/>
  <module name="AppBar" layoutPanel="appHeader"/>
  <module name="SideviewUtils" layoutPanel="appHeader"/>
  <module name="Message" layoutPanel="messaging">

    <param name="filter">*</param>
    <param name="maxSize">2</param>
    <param name="clearOnJobDispatch">False</param>

How did you make this form? SimpleXML? advancedXML?

It's just a form. I don't have any of those lines.

Are you using Advanced XMl? Simple XML? or JS/Django?
