How to Customize global banner color and font?

Hi all, what file would I change if I wanted to customize the global banner? I'd like a dark color to match the splunk header as well as unbolded font. I am thinking this is a css/html solution -- possibly somewhere in mrsparkle directory? I went into the global-banner.conf and changed

 

 

 

global_banner.backgrond_color = black,

 

 

 

but as expected that didn't work.
