How do I get the TCP Input option under Settings on my Splunk Cloud instance?

I need run a TCP input service on Splunk but i don't see that option on the Cloud instance whereas the option is seen in Enterprise. How do I get the TCP option under Settings -> Data Inputs > Local Inputs on my Cloud instance?
