Akamai SIEM Integration TA not working

Hi,

I have an HF running  this akamai integration TA (https://splunkbase.splunk.com/app/4310)

I recently updated to 9.4.4 and I had to change the credentials for this app. In the past I had to clone the input and safe it with the new credentials. This worked fine till now.

Currently I am not able to enter any credentials. Over the UI I am getting error: "Your entry was not saved. The following error was reported: SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', " <p class=""... is not valid JSON." and when I try over the CLI its not encrypting the passwords and an unauthorized error is logged in the akamai index.

I already tried different versions of the TA, I tried to make it work on other enterprise instances, nothing seems to work.

Is anyone running this TA with a working connection ??? is there any other validated way to ingest the data besides the TA?

Unfortunately I have not seen this error, however it might be worth reaching out to the app developers/support at dl-appsec-siem-sme@akamai.com and hopefully they can work with you to resolve the issue.
