Hello everyone ,

I have the below issues could you please help me on this 

a) all the members in the active directory group are not showing up in the Splunk we have cross verified and they all are part of the group and we can see from backend .

 

b) some of the users are part of the group and role is already mapped  but showing acccess denied issue for rest of them its working fine 

 

we have recently migrated our Splunk version to 7.3.5 is there some thing related to upgrade ????

Hi there,

  • Doble check your ldap configuration and credentials.
  • Add group filters in case you have tons of users/groups.
  • Vlidate OU structures with an LDAP browser.
  • Reload authentication config.
