Why am I Unable to use Network Diagram Viz on dashboard

I need to use the Network Diagram Viz as one of my panels for my dashboard:

However, it appears I am using the app incorrectly.

Can you please help?

After installing the app did you check the permissions of the app? You might have to change it to global so that you can utilize the visualizations outside of the app.
