User is trying to generate a PDF and is getting the following error message - Incomplete snapshot generated?

Here are a few areas to check:

1. Have the user increase the firefox_timeout limit under the pdf_server.conf file so that the search has enough time to render a complete snapshot.

2. Also, make sure that the savedseach was created by an admin role. Change the savedsearch permission from private to this app only and provide read and write permission to the appropriate roles.
