No visible PDF attachment in scheduled letters from Splunk on iOS devices after upgrading to 6.5

Hi!
After upgrading to 6.5 our iOS users cannot see pdf attachments in letters from Splunk on their phones, though they can be seen on Android devices and PC.
What's wrong?)

Update: On iPhones the standard inbuilt mail application is used with connected work account.

Hi iKate,

Are you accessing your Splunk platform using the Splunk Mobile App for iOS on your mobile devices?
If that is the case, maybe you should upgrade your app to the latest 2.4 version just released in September if you haven't done so.
