How to get a report for tracking multiple user logons after a specific date?

Hi all, 

I'm not really sure where to start here, was wanting to create a look up edit to send a daily report.

Trying to track list of users who might log in after a specific date (different for each user)

Any ideas?

What events do you have?

Are they specific known users?

What is the relationship between the user and the date you want to track them from?

What do you mean by track?

Are you just looking for the first login after a specific date?

Are you concerned about events before a specific date?
