How do you use cron schedule to run a report on the last day of every month?

I wanted to run a report on the last day of the month and send an email. Can some help me with cron value for it?

Some cron implementations support the "L" flag to represent the last day of the month.

0 55 23 L * ?
That will run at 11:55 pm on the last day of every month.

Create separate alert for

1. February
2. April, June, September, November

3. January, March, May, July, August, October, December

   59 23 28-29 2 *

   59 23 30 4,6,9,11 *

59 23 31 1,3,5,7,8,10,12 *

Or else trigger an alert on 1st of every month with previous month data.

earliest = -1mon@mon
latest= @mon
