Help with a search format for new error reported after a certain date

Need a report of error which started coming after a certain date and were never reported in the past.

The intention is to find a new error after Prod implementation so they can be checked.

i am trying to create a report which can pull the new error logged for the application which were never reported in Past. For Example - A application "App" had a Prod release on 2019-08-23, report would check if there are any new Fatal/Critcal error logged for the "App" which were never reported prior to 2019-08-23.
