I went to splunk registration by invitation link.
After I filled registration form with my email I received an error that this email "UNAVAILABLE" so I registered account with my second email and now when I am trying to change my current email to my first - I am receiving "THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS UNAVAILABLE" error.
What can be wrong with first one?
I cannot find any support email to message about this problem.
Hi, I don't want to write my email address here because it is confidential information. Does splunk has support by email or something like that? Where I can wrote my question and get to know what wrong with my email.
Did you ever get this resolved? I'm having the same issue, and support isn't responding to me.
Just for additional info, the "this email address is unavailable" error comes as soon as you click anywhere outside of the email update box, and because of the error the "save changes" option is grayed out. Also, while I want to add my work email to my account, I've discovered that attempting to enter my other personal email address, or even a friend's email address as a test, results in the same error.
No, I didn't resolve.
I guess that my main email address "banned" by some reason (that why I received error "this email address is unavailable"). It would be great to know why it happened....
I tried to write to support, but as you mentioned - they didn't respond.
The "power of Splunk community" didn't help also.
