Can the Share button in reports be disabled?

Can the Share button in reports can be disabled or enabled based on the role?

Is there any capability for this?

when you create a report, you can choose whom you want to share it with..
with Read and/or Write permissions.. only the users with enough permissions/capabilities will have the share button(or, if the button is there, still it wont work)
