Is there a publicly accessible Splunk Cloud Uptime Status/Service Page which is updated in the event of a service outage, performance degradation, etc?
I know of very few cloud providers (especially those with an $18B market cap as of 2019-Oct) who don't have one.
Something along the lines of what these Cloud providers have;
status.aws.amazon.com
status.salesforce.com
We rely heavily upon Splunk, and when there is an issue with Splunk Cloud, we find ourselves waiting on hold for a half hour, feverishly submitting Sev1 cases, etc. This is a huge blindspot for us, and pretty bad customer service from Splunk.
** Note: if there is one, please disregard the above 🙂
In case anyone is still looking here for the answer, this page is publically accessible, outside of the splunk.com login: https://www.splunk.com/en_us/products/system-status.html
Would like to know the answer to this as well.
@j_quickbase @stevkato is there such a page? I am looking for it as well, cannot find it. Please let me know if you don't mind.
