I am new to Splunk I want to monitor a server(windows2012) and needs to create a Dashboard with the below mentioned fields

CPU(Utilization, Current)
Memory(Current)
Disk(I/0, Usage)
Network(Current)
Impacted services

need stanza to Write in Input.conf
