Do you have your Monitoring Console Set Up? If not, set it up in the Search Head that can have visibility to all your environment.

In the Monitoring COnsole, go to the Forwarders, Forwarders Deployment and set it up to build the forwarders assets.

Wait a few minutes and there you will find in the table Status and Configuration - As of date the information you want

You can then drilldown to each forwarder and have a closer look and narrow timeranges and so on

Then I'm afraid your internal data of the Cloud servers is being sent elsewhere to some other indexers than the ones your search head is distributing your searches to...

Can you check on your deployment server, in an app that contains an outputs.conf, where are those pointing their data to?
