How to give access to Splunk user accounts so they have visibility of cloud monitoring console. Can you help to know the exact process

we want to enable access to app Cloud Monitoring Console for role user @gcusello

Hi @sc_admin11,

as I said, this isn't usual but you can do it.

You have to go in [Apps --  Manage Apps] and give access to the app to the user role.

Hi @sc_admin11,

Splunk Cloud Monitoring Console is an app (like the Splunk Monitoring Console) so you can define the roles that can access it as every other app in your Cloud environment.

The correct question is: which are the users that need to access it?

Usually only administrators (and they should be already enabled to access it), other users don't need to access it, but you can configure your environment as you want.
