compliance is a very huge concept: what do you want to monitor for compliance?

if file integrity, see at https://docs.splunk.com/Documentation/Splunk/9.0.3/Security/Dataintegritycontrol

Licensing is visible on the License Master (Settings - Licensing) and/or on the Monitoring Console.
