how to change the threshold of the google map

When i use google map,i found when the count bigger than 100,
the color will become red, how can i change the threshold?

You can adjust the following parameter in the advanced XML view:

 <param name="overlay.rangeMap">0, 100, 500, 1000, 10000</param>

Is there a way that I can do the reverse? Display purple and read when the number is low, and blue for high values.
