Where can I find scheduled maintenance windows for the Splunk Cloud product?

Where can I find scheduled maintenance windows for the Splunk Cloud product? The AWS vulnerability patching in January caused me some pain so I am trying to find out how we get advance notice of scheduled outages.

i am not working for splunk, highly recommend to talk to your splunk account rep or splunk SE if you have access to your Splunk Cloud Operation manager its even better.
