Tagging "url" in Web Data Model

Hi,

I'd like to know how to associate the "url" tag with the web data model. We're currently working with URL logs in our Splunk ES, but we're encountering difficulties in viewing the data model when conducting searches. Could someone kindly provide guidance on this matter?
