Limiting power user role to have write access in production

Hi Team,

I have a situation, where I want my team to have power user access in production (for creating ko) but with no write access to KO's whose owner is Nobody..

 

Only

 one user to have the write capability .

 

Is there any way I can achieve this view configuration and I do not want to create a separate role for only one user who will have write access..
