Is there a way to view and extract raw field names and the CIM names they are mapped to?

Our data science team would like to make our data lake schema congruent with that which is mapped via the models in the CIM add-on. Is there an easy way to view this information, and if so is there a way to extract it? We'd like to build some type of script to automate the renaming of our data lake tables and fields during the append and rebuild that takes place via batch job.

Thanks!
