Is it possible to limit a role to only have the capability of deleting data for summary indexes?

I want to provide some users only the right to delete data for the summary index.
Is it possible?

From my understanding, role capabilities are scoped across the system. So, even if I limit the role to only search summary indexes, they still have the right to delete data from other indexes.

Any solution to this?

This is not possible. If you have a support contract, you can file an enhancement request.
