i'm using splunk enterprise 6.3 edition.i want to know that how can i find the framework for this version of enterprise...

Splunk "core" is predominantly python 2.7.
Splunk web UI is predominantly xml/javascript/css/django/cherrypy/python/ all of the above and whatever else you'd like to add to it.
