Hi,

after upgrade from 5 to 6 I see double menus in the Splunk admin panel.
Does anybody knows why ?

Had the same problem and solved it following aelliott's suggestion.

I made time ago a copy of the search app but with another name. then there was another "default/data/ui/manager" dir in the copied app. Just deleted that dir and Splunk 6 worked fine! No more duplicates!!!

Check if under $SPLUNK_HOME/etc/apps/* you have another "manager" dir somewhere.

that answer doesn't apply. In that case there was a duplicate Search app.
I've the same problem, but no copy of a search app.

I'm going to guess that some of your apps have copies of manager pages in them... maybe you have an adapted copy of the search app somewhere?
