Where to get the 10G personal dev license?

Anyone know where to get the 10g personal dev license? I'm not talking about the 50g dev/test one. I was sent to a link via support but that seems to take me to the 50g one and is "pending review".

Since we've updated the Splunk Developer website, the new request form for 10GB Developer licenses can be found at: https://dev.splunk.com/enterprise/dev_license

The approval process for these licenses is manual and should take no more than 2-3 business days. If you haven't received a response in longer than this, please reach out to devinfo@splunk.com

You can use this link to request for Dev license 10GB/day.
http://dev.splunk.com/page/developer_license_sign_up

After you requested, They will send you license in xml. You can simply upload that in your Dev environment.
