Where can I find license terms for Splunk before I download the actual software?
I think you mean the EULA, right?

I have a follow up question on EULA. Does using Splunk documentation subject to EULA or is that free to use? I'm a freelance blogger and am planning to do a competitive analysis of the product. I was just wondering what the policy restrictions are around using Splunk documentation to compare it with other products. Please let me know.
The Splunk documentation is subject to the web site terms of use: https://www.splunk.com/en_us/legal/terms/terms-of-use.html
See section 4.2(b).
That's taking me back to www.splunk.com website rather than taking me to the HTML you provided. Would it be possible to get a PDF of that document?
Thanks!
Sorry, the period got included in the link. I have edited it. Try now.
Works now. Thank you 🙂
Not sure which of these you are asking about, so...
