What is a better way to install OTEL collector across 1000 machines?

Hi Community,

We have 1000 servers irrespective of operating systems so we are planning to install OTEL collector across all the servers. In my environment there is no Ansible module and Puppet and also do not have access to internet to use the CURL t so please suggest what could be the better way to install the OTEL in all servers.
